Our Founders
Maryurelis & Rosenberg – Founders & Main Operators
Maryurelis and Rosenberg are the driving force behind Fundación Creciendo con Jesús. With a deep calling to serve the most vulnerable, they established the foundation to provide not just food but also love, spiritual guidance, and emotional support to children in need. Their unwavering commitment has helped transform many lives, ensuring that every child they reach knows they are valued and cared for.
SUPPORT STAFF
Alvaro
Alvaro takes on a dual role, ensuring that both the volunteers and the children receive the best experience possible.
Volunteer Coordinator: Alvaro is responsible for recruiting, training, and coordinating the foundation’s volunteers. He leads a team of dedicated individuals who generously donate their time and effort to help the foundation thrive. His role requires strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills to effectively motivate and manage volunteers in their respective activities.
Chef de Cuisine: Alvaro also oversees the planning and preparation of nutritious meals for the children. With a deep knowledge of nutrition and gastronomy, he ensures that every meal is healthy, balanced, and appealing to young ones, supporting their growth and development.
Beatriz
Social Worker: Beatriz plays a crucial role in assessing the needs and situations of children and their families, providing them with guidance and support to improve their quality of life. As a highly trained professional, she works closely with families to understand their unique circumstances and offer tailored solutions to economic, social, or emotional challenges. Her compassionate approach ensures that each child receives the care and resources they need to thrive.
